Do you remember the age group goal that was similar a few years back, which we all thought boded well for the future? That never translated through to the first team for some reason. It always struck me as strange that we could coach the academy scholars to play like this, but seemed utterly incapable of assembling a coaching team that could do similar for the first team.

That isn’t quite the perfect goal. Every player gets at least one touch, except for (yes, you guessed it) Kieffer. Told you he was rubbish and too slow to keep up with play .
Only joking on the being rubbish bit, of course. And he was involved in making space a couple of times, including for Omari. Lovely team goal, again. It’s becoming our signature goal type under KM.
I thought the fourth goal was also classic Ipswich Town of the last two seasons. Gain possession, lightning quick back to front and in the net before they can really react.
Also, in another way the second and fifth, having players around the contest to put away rebounds (tho not Chaplin for once).

Only player not to isn't he?
Yep. I missed YBR’s post at the top there before I posted earlier. KM does push the CBs back making some space though, so we’ll let him feel like he contributed
