In Athens and meeting up with other Town fans that also follow England away. Had a few beers with fans of other clubs. Interested to see the lineup after all the withdrawals and hoping for a win so that we get promoted back to Group A.

I'm booked in for having my lower ribs removed...the rest I´ll leave to your imagination...but it's a sad time when I now have to have this surgery when it was possible without the need in younger more flexible days.
There's a new Bangers and Cash : Restoring Classics @ 8pm tonight on Freeview 27 U&Yesterday. Spose I could watch the second half. Probably 0-0 at half-time anyway.
Don't believe a word I say. I'm only kidding. Or am I?
I assume there is a valid reason for TT not being in charge (although I've not seen it), but it seems ludicrous that Carsley is taking on these matches..
None of the players are interested, none of the fans are interested, even the media seem nonplussed.
These are important games in as much as playing another cycle of games against second rate opposition really isn't going to help us in the run up to the next major tournament.
It's (yet) another balls up from the FA.

....mainly out of morbid curiosity.

Not a valid footballing reason but stops him being involved in any poppy furore . Until next year at least.

Probably go for a walk.
Oh, is there a match on? I had no idea. If it’s easily accessible on TV I may take a look, but if it’s stuck behind a paywall I don’t subscribe to, or you need an electronics degree to access some foreign stream via a plug in dongle, I’ll happily give it a miss. Is it a competitive match or friendly?
I love watching England and plan to do so again tonight.
There was an interesting phone-in on Radio5l this morning on the subject. Basically Prem club fans didn’t want these newly added competitions, formerly known as friendlies, whilst EFL club fans were more in favour.

I will be watching. More out of a sense of obligation than genuine interest. I will likely abandon it around the 60 minute mark.
I'll be making out like I really want to see it only so I can garner some points from the wife when I offer her the remote and invite her to put something else on for the 2nd half.
'Yeah I'm sure, just don't say I never do anything for you'.

COYW!
TBH I do like watching England, I've travelled to many far flung countries following the national side and was an FA member for a number of years. I'm a bit fair weather though, when a tournament rolls around its pub gardens and BBQ's galore. Its just the glorified friendlies that half of the squad can't be arsed to play in that I find a bit (a lot) pointless.

Think it’s super copa checkatrade nations leyland daf qualifier (Simod conference).
Sky sports news tweeted earlier - breaking news no less - that the game is crucial so what do I know.

Perhaps it would have been an ideal opportunity to have the entire England team made up of Norwich players so that they could claim that they've participated in a match in Europe again.
