Al Hamadi's pass completion this half must be sensationally bad 21:52 - Aug 12 with 814 viewsDubtractor

And that missed chance to round things off.

Can we stop pretending he's good enough?

Edit: i feel like I've been a bit negative tonight, but I think I'm bored of wanting to hope that Clarke will come good, or that there is an unpolished gem in Ali.

I was born underwater, I dried out in the sun. I started humping volcanoes baby, when I was too young.

I think a League One loan might be good for him.

He is nowhere near good enough for us.

Regardless of where we intend to play Akpom, we need to sign another striker. Again

He has found some good space on a handful of occasions this game, but his decision making and shots have been poor today.

He is very raw. Is he too raw for where we are at, progression wise? Not sure yet. He had a good pre-season. I'd like to reassess in January.

Moved around like he's towing a caravan all night. I'm confident that whatever the question is he's probably not going to be the answer here. Pre season was deceiving

Got to one of the most poor 90mins I’ve seen from an ITFC striker.

Marshalled by a L2 defence.
Passing sloppy
2/3 touches to control it
Then misses from a yard out.

I’m in disbelieve that he plays for us still

We’ll be good again... one day

Glad I never said that I'd get slated,
Since that pathetic penalty he should have been shipped out permanently,

Let's be honest has well as well as the last 3 years has gone, there have been quite a few panic and questionable buys in multiple windows.

Obvious already but Hirst's first few involvements showed how badly we need to bring someone in who's close to him in terms of quality.

Pretty shoddy really that we've gone into the start of this season with the options that we have up front.

Just because I don't care doesn't mean I don't understand.

Ashton has clear and present form on this front.

Yep, can't get it done in the summer then has to use January to rescue it. Not good enough.

No good going to poundland for a striker or a 18yr Premiership loan.
What a muddle.
