Fans Around the World Meeting Up to Watch the Derby
Fans Around the World Meeting Up to Watch the Derby
Saturday, 28th Feb 2015 14:11

With Sunday’s even-more-crucial-than-usual East Anglian derby at Norwich City being shown live on TV in the UK and abroad, Town fans across the country and around the globe will be meeting up in pubs and bars to cheer the Blues on to victory (Sky Sports 3 from 2pm, KO 2.05pm).

The South-West Branch of the Supporters club has two venues. Those way out west, can pop along to the Volunteer Inn in Sidmouth, while Toto's is the place to be in Bristol city centre. Any queries, email Tony Stimson.

Berlin-based fans are meeting up in Belushi’s on Rosa Luxemburg Straße, 10178 Berlin. The closest U-Bahn is Rosa Luxemburg Platz (U2) and the tram stop of the same name (tram M8 or bus 142).

If you’re watching Saturday’s match at a pub or bar in some far-flung part of the nation or world, post it below. Please do not post links to illegal streams here or on the forum.

Where are those German fans located in Nordrhein Westfalen watching on Sunday?

If no better ideas I will be in Mclaughlins Irish Pub Düsseldorf, might have to beg a little that they show the game on one of the small screens as there is a lot of sport on Sunday afternoon!

Liverpool V Man City 13:00
Heidenheim V Fortuna Düsseldorf 13:30
St Pauli V Erzgebirge Aue 13:30
Arsenal V Everton 15:05
Norwich v Ipswich 15:05
Mönchengladbach V Paderborn 15:30
Ireland V England 16:00(Six Nations)
Chelsea V Spurs 17:00
Werder Bremen V Wolfsburg 17:30
Real Madrid V Villareal 21:00

The 6 Nations looks the biggest problem to me. I dont want to travel to Mclaughlins and only watch half the match.

I dont think the Irish in Essen will show the whole Ipswich game ahead of the Rugby.

Let me know if they are showing it and I think I will join.

@MattinLondon

LONDON; Jetlag, Cleveland St

... I'll check that the pub is definitely showing it tonight and report back tomorrow. I'm worried the Prem might take precedence- I don't think there was any competing games when I saw Derby last time. There was even an Ipswich supporting family sat in the corner.

Think there may be a problem finding somewhere that will play the ipswich game, unless we can get a load of people wanting to watch in london. Then tell one specific bar we will bring a few people if you play the game.

Massive long shot but are there any Blues in New Delhi? If so, anyone any idea where the game will be shown?

Just saw the following post on the naarwich fans forum site:

"I do believe this weekend's game will go straight into the "Norwich fans' 10 favourite derbies" list by the way. I even think it could be number 1."

Clearly they are very confident but we will take them down a peg or two on Sunday. When the Town players look up into the stands and see our mighty 2000 supporters, there will be a roar...COYB !

Any Town fans in the Disney Florida area. I live a few miles west of the mouse and don't know of anywhere opening at 9am, if not, home alone with the dogs!
