I've cancelled a tattoo appointment in Ipswich tomorrow as I feel it would be personally irresponsible of me to go. If I were to find out I have it, then gave it to the artist or a friend which then took down an elderly relative I'd feel awful. |  |

If this is true then it seems incredibly draconian. I appreciate the seriousness of the situation but potentially 3 years in prison when you might just be going for a walk to get some fresh air?
An entire population being cooped up indoors for weeks is not exactly going to be of great benefit to public health either I wouldn't have thought.
