I don't recall there ever being that kind of talk about Mick. It was always obvious the players, bar one or two exceptions, liked and respected him. I've heard from a few people that Lambert is not remotely held in that kind of regard by the players. |

Either way, I don't have any evidence to go on. AND either way, I'm not sure what gossip about disharmony actually achieves, whether it's true or not. Isn't it better just to wait and see what happens on the pitch? It's like some of you WANT us to fail, so you can be right about Lambert.

Phil has to remove libelous stuff so that he doesn't get sued. I'm not sure what that has to do with us discussing possible unrest amongst the players at ITFC? That's not libellous and it's precisely the sort of thing you might expect football fans to talk about regarding their club.
What does anything posted on here achieve, Dollers? Isn't this all just some people with a shared interest in ITFC passing the time and engaging in discussion? I don't think there's much more to it than that.
I don't want Lambert to fail. I didn't want him to fail last season either but he did, so what I want doesn't really matter much. I'd prefer him to be successful here as it would mean we are being successful, I'm just very sceptical about his capacity to do so. | |

And FWIW re wanting us to fail as per one of your other posts, I don't. I simply made a point that we have a manager starting the season with the big majority of the fans on his back and a squad of players that are at best 'meh' towards him.
