1. Has to be Stokie this year - especially for his continued patience in the face of the most blatant stupidity. 2. [thinking] 3. Like there's been any big news. 4. Several, a few have passed away and it's probably not a great time for their loved ones. 5. New? 6. Old Smoker has grown on me this year, great sense of humour the old boy has. See also North Queensland fella. 7. Phil innit, Gav had half the year off sitting about in his pants. 8. There's a few of those on here: Mellors, Tractorchef, Catchers, Stokie, and many more... 9. Blimey, where to start. 10. Footers is detective, Herbs is right. 11. I like Spruce, can't help it. He seems to irritate some people but makes me laugh. Decent chap. 12. Something about nutrition 13. J2 and his missing votes. Worse than Trump. 14. Vapours has been of help to me for advice, another one who can be trusted. 15. Got to be Stokie for obvious reasons. As a sub-category, always discovering new things via Newcers stories of the high seas. Steve M is usually often good value too.
*Shame on me for not mentioning Badger. As a fan of his 'front-line' reports earlier in the year it shouldn't have taken Crayon King to remind me. Sorry Badger, put it down to tiredness and a bit of personal stress!
Actually you should have your own category for your efforts this year.

My 'missing' votes were stolen. Gav stole them from me because another forum was about to offer a world record fee for me. He stole the votes to make it look like my recent form has turned to sh1t and the offer was withdrawn.
I figure Ipswich will be in the national league south and covid will have wiped out the rest of our little community, leaving just you and I here to vote for each other.
1) Best overall poster of the year - itfcjoe: excellent football posts with enough inside knowledge to provide more insight that the average Joe (sorry)
2) Thread of the year - US Election mega thread was a fun place to hang out while the world held its breath.
3) News story of the year - Obviously covid, but from a forum perspective Phil's ban ran it close
4) Most missed poster of the year - Hampstead. Obviously a controversial selection but his definitely-not-racist, being-nice-to-people-leads-to-gulags schtick gave me an insight to a mindset that is way too prevalent in 2020 and that I probably wouldn't encounter much elsewhere. I also worry about the sort of forums he probably hangs out on now, and what they're doing to his mindset now that that he's not welcome here.
5) Best new poster of the year - not been paying attention long enough to know who's new
6) Most improved poster of the year - as above but in the year of covid I think I'd have to give it to those who've given the most insight from the front lines. Bluebadger has given a real insight in to what its like to be on the front-line of this sh*t-show. Honourable mentions to ElderGrizzly for info from inside the government machine, and all the teachers on the board too who have shared their experiences this year.
7) Best Admin (my money is on Mark) of the year - Phil gave me an uppie once so he gets my vote!
8) Chef of the year - Any of the vegans. I'm a confirmed meat-eater who really hates vegetables but the ethical and environmental arguments are irrefutable, so hats off to anyone who takes that plunge. Bring on lab-grown meat for the rest of us!
9) Argument of the year - Battenberg
10) Busiest c**t of the year -
11) Funniest poster of the year - Warky's reports always provide a few chuckles
12) Ultimate WTF moment - Lambert's new contract in January
13) Best blub - Can't think of any off the top of my head, but "I'm leaving!" threads always make me cringe a bit.
14) Most supportive poster of the year - Footers for encouraging people to donate their iFollow money to FIND instead.
15) Most informative poster of the year - Bluebadger for his From The Frontline reports

Have amended my own post off the back of this.
You absolutely have a point.
Would have maybe put you down for new poster but although I haven't placed you, you are clearly not 'new' as such.

No mention of man holding baby with shirt off? Rubbish list.
Pronouns: He/Him/His.
"Imagine being a heterosexual white male in Britain at this moment. How bad is that. Everything you say is racist, everything you say is homophobic. The Woke community have really f****d this country."

I was born underwater, I dried out in the sun.
I started humping volcanoes baby, when I was too young.
1) Best overall poster of the year - Stokie always seems to be a voice of reason in a mad world. I also think Steve M, Keno and Hoppy are almighty posters.

3) News story of the year - BanHammer.
4) Most missed poster of the year- Lucan, Benters and Dalai (RIP)
