Not having a pop at you but why do people have to label others haters or happy clappers?

It’s possible to have concerns about PL and not to hate him - like the vast majority of people.

I'm both bemused at how easily pleased some are and I'm enjoying not feeling angry about yet another clueless, i that helps.

Phil is still banned, this is probably yet another false dawn, Lambert out.

I don’t think you should be described as a hater for being unhappy with the decline of the club in the last few years.

Listen I like to judge things how they are in front of me. Some will say I float in the wind or whatever that crap means, but credit where credit is due, today was very good.

But I’ve been fuming with how things have gone for ITFC, doesn’t make me hater, just justifiably disgruntled.

It's not hard to seperate out feelings. One can be simultaneously pleased that we won today while also feeling that the club remains in the toilet.

No they don’t. I agree.

Right up there with ‘snowflakes’ and ‘numbskulls’ for me.

There was a thread recently where I stated, I don’t hate PL, fuming with the job he has done to date, it’s been appalling, if he turned it around I’d be delighted.

That’s just the life of being a football fan.

Agree with this. As Mick Mills said, the moving of Downes into defensive midfield really worked, Judge played better, perhaps because he now has competition, and we should praise the enterprise and positivity (!) of the kids. Doesn't mean the club isn't well sat on the toilet and that Lambert and Evans are both hopeless in terms of our future well-being as a club.

Absolutely, and when the club has been down in recent times, you should enjoy these wins because they have been few and far between in recent times.

Last thing you need is fans coming on here looking for a row.

We're 10th. In league one.

We're 4 points off the play offs. In league one.

We're below Lincoln, Hull, Doncaster, Peterborough, Accrington and Crewe. In league one.

Our manager (who clearly doesn't want to be here) is "really, really pleased" with half arsed wins over the likes of Shrewsbury and draws with Crewe. In league one.

Our owner, who doesn't know the offside rule tells fans that they're not seeing the whole picture when watching us on Ifollow. In league one

Thank the good lord we played half decent and beat a team we've absolutely tonked once this season...

Has it just occurred to you that we were relegated?

Find it really odd that some people resent that so much they refuse to draw on any positives.

Yes, we were relegated. What's that got to do with it? Relegated sides usually do better than we've done, over the past three years only Bolton with their points deduction finished lower than we did in their first season after relegstion. Under Lambert there really haven't been any positives.

It's not just that, it's the feeble nature of the relegation, the nearly 3 years of piss-poor football, the mid table finish, the utter lack of any kind of attempt to motivate, plan tactics and coach players, the ongoing dickish carry on in public, all in the context of him having one of the best squads and playing budgets in the division.

I didn't mention Lambert. The guy seems to live rent free in your head though.

The positive, today, is that we won. The post I replied to mentioned being in league one after every sentence, so it seemed to have quite a lot to do with it.

Honestly no

I don't see Lambert being able to do anything with this side, although it is a side that could get promoted.

For me the longer Lambert is here the more long term damage he is doing to the club - The fan split, media issues etc etc

Never be afraid to share your thoughts.

"Has it just occurred to you that we were relegated?"

Are you seriously suggesting you can't see the relevance?

That the bar is so currently low that there is no room for crowing in any way?

We won a game today, yes. That's the effing idea.
