I love a Neapolitan. I'm not so keen on the chocolate bit though.
Strawberry and Chocolate at the same time I find a bit odd.

Nice between two wafers though.

Do they even still make that? Been years since I've seen a tub.

More of a mint choc chip man, myself.

They’re spot on. Plus our anthem is itself incredibly disrespectful to anyone who loves this country.

Surely those banners are just as distasteful and classless as the tools who boo other countries national anthems?!

It's disrespectful and you don't tend to see it in other sports, like rugby or cricket, as mentioned by another poster... I've been to Twickenham to watch England against the Aussies and every time there is a kick at goal the stadium goes eerily quiet, out of respect to the kicker - RESPECT being the key word there...

I am proud of our wonderful Queen and our national anthem, just my opinion

"Samantha nearly made it. She's been detained at the last minute in the city's Latin Quarter. An Italian gentleman friend has promised to take her out for an ice cream, and she likes nothing better than to spend the evening licking the nuts off a large Neapolitan."

Unfortunately, Samantha found that her new Italian friend prefers the same dish.

Her enticement of an al fresco, sweet and succulent, six and nine, nuts and cherry mix was too much for such as him to bear.

However, luckily for Samantha, a local voyeur noticed her unfortunate circumstance and offered himsef as a proxy dining companion to ensure that Italy's honour and dignity was not besmirched.

As he seemed to be a fine upstanding citizen and a good size for her tastes, Samantha accepted his kind offer.

Ciao and buon appetito.

Football is the biggest sport in the world and this country, the sheer volume of numbers empowers the dregs. That doesn’t make it ok.

I’ve no idea how being a subject, a peasant or a servant to someone based on their surname or accident is something to be proud of. When the same people invested in that servitude to privilege have let this country suffer terribly so they can stay rich whilst health services, social inequality and racism are commodities to bicker over still.

It’s that sort of preening vanity that has allowed us to plumb new lows whilst thinking we are the best in the world and clinging to such backward notions. And that makes you proud?

Just my opinion mind.

Wonder how good the Italian plan is to have people coming over then straight back again

otherwise, can see London getting abit erm lively after the game

Much more likely to be an issue in places outside London with big Italian populations - Bedford being one.

They’ve worked hard on that. Must have used a fair few crayons and taken an age to get the spelling right.
