It's an easy thing because its true. To many were comfortable with their surroundings. Hence why so many have ended up at Colchester. Would they have preferred to win? Maybe sometimes. We're they bothered when they didn't? Not In the slightest. |

He's refreshingly honest.
He doesn't want to be playing for Ipswich this season, he wants to be playing in the championship because that's his level and he'll be 30 in a few days.

The same core of players im referring to had been at the club for a fair while and despite you trying to to turn it into a which manager did more thread, we're talking individual desire to win and it's not exactly difficult to work out which ones i'm referring to. Again, don't take my word for it, that's fine. But remember, ex players, coaches and colleagues have all basically said the same. Is that an overall negative of a player i.e blame game etc? no, sometimes things get so stale you just don't care, no different in normal life. That's why the big change was needed as far to many players had gone stale at PR. | |
