A bit like Dubai, but on a smaller scale. They love the mix of their old heritage (The Souks in Doha) and the new. The architecture of the West Bay area is cool, and looks amazing at night, and developments like The Pearl are their rivals to Dubai's Palm Jumeirah.
They love their flag (it's literally everywhere), the burgundy colour from the flag, and their royal family (who wouldn't if they removed all your credit card debts).
Outside of Doha there isn't too much, except sand and huge amounts of gas reserves.
They're finally investing in education for women, and the environment. They're bonkers about sport, in particular golf and tennis. | | | |

Come on, you can do better then that. You need to really sell the place. What about, come to Qatar we have more sand then Clacton and Hemsby combined? (We also have some strange tax laws, so why not try buying low taxed gold here an transporting it in to India for example? Its only a tax violation rather then a criminal offence.....). I know its probably not short an snappy enough but I feel it outlines the countries strong points | | | |
