Fisherman came on here giving it large a few months ago. Some of the Talking Town people started slagging off TWTD on their podcast and wnet on twitter calling this place a den of rats. I was responding to Sitters link, not trolling.
FWIW I hadn't listened to any of the Town podcasts until a couple of weeks ago when I was a bit bored. They all have their own style. As we are talking about Talking Town, if you can get through the first ten minutes of mutual mastubation and tin rattling, then their content is very good and enjoyable. Cruncher plays the Adrian Durham role very well. [Post edited 2 Feb 2022 14:09]

Isn't the point of an online podcast to enable people to watch and have their own opinions on them. Which can then be aired online on discussion forums.
Just like people are free to watch a podcast surely people are free to decide if they wish to decide to visit the forum to find out what people like or dislike about the podcast.
It's like restaurant moaning about review sites. You've opened a business. Not everyone is going to like it. There will be views about it.
Problem is.. from my view. Talkingtown as individuals use their personal accounts to belittle other sites or discussion platforms.. you'd laugh if a restaurant owner did that.
Do the podcast. Accept people will like it or dislike it and accept people will share views on it. If they don't want to see any negative views. Don't view the discussion forum.
