If Belarus go in to Ukraine on 22:03 - Mar 1 by Keno
True
I still wonder if he wanted eastern Ukraine but things haven’t gone as well as he expected
That and regime change in Kyiv.
Thought he could drop some paratroopers and Spetsnaz on the airfield, drive into town, capture Zelensky, the Russian-speakers would all rise up in support and he could cherry-pick the bits he wanted at the peace "negotiations". Didn't turn out that way and the longer it goes on, the less effective his army (or, at least, the way it's been handled) is looking.

The country is so big and now awash with weapons, they’ll never hold it even if they are successful in occupation. It has the potential to be another Afghanistan for them but without the support of the Russian people. He’s really screwed this up IMHO. How he gets out without losing face is a real worry.
It's 106 miles to Portman Road, we've got a full tank of gas, half a round of Port Salut, it's dark... and we're wearing blue tinted sunglasses.
