You seem to have a problem with weather forecasters forecasting the weather Chico? Or with the media reporting those forecasts?
Appreciate sometimes those forecasts can be inaccurate but this time it seems they have been remarkably good on this occasion. They highlighted the upcoming heatwave well over a week ago to some cynicism yet they seem to have hit the nail on the head. |  |

I agree, the need to hype everything is irksome. There seems to be a need to create a drama, and to interview everyone who may have something they want to say on the issue, relevent or not! I guess it’s partly the product of having 24hr news channels and social media where every pillock can get a hearing.
That said, hitting a new highest temperature is news worthy and the heat is rather dominating the UK conversation at the moment. |  |
