They don't seem to recognise Leigh is usually a regular for Jamaica squad but recent injury has reduced game time.
Seemingly no idea who Burns and Broadhead are and even if in our 1st team.
Think we have colluded with Jamaica to get the game postponed.
If they are that confident why don't they want to play Ipswich at our strongest?
We wanted to play given current momentum but only with the best squad who are a key part of the current form.
We are going to be made out to be the bad guys for just doing what we were allowed in the laws of the game. We need to get out of this sh1tty league its a joke.

Does the Barnsley board and a couple of town posters on this thread think we could get a game postponement without paperwork from Jamaica?!
We need to get this story dampened down.. and not give the Barnsley fans and players something to rally around
TBH I doubt it will make much difference. Either we're better and stronger than Barnsley or we're not. The motivation to push for automatic promotion is far stronger than a (concocted) fan spat over a postponed game.

So they wanted to play against a weakened team. I get that. They’re trying to build a head of resentment steam up for the game next month. I get that. ‘They’re afraid of us’ etc. yep, I would do the same.
Good luck to them. All we need to do is concentrate on ourselves and ignore the noise. And win our games.

It's handy for us and if I were a Barnsley fan I'd be fuming to tbh. We've managed to postpone a game due to a player being in an international squad but one who hasn't been playing for us or due to play in the Barnsley game barring an injury to Davis.
But as a town fan. I welcome the break as it gives luongo time to recover.
