I really think this might be the end for Johnson 10:40 - Mar 22 with 9393 viewsArnoldMoorhen

Pippa Crerar (the lead journalist breaking the original Partygate story) is combing through the documents bundle released today by the Parliamentary Committee.

Here's a fairly key Tweet:

Nice strategy Number10! That worked out well!

The tweet following re Case's evidence is also another nail in the coffin for Johnson.

Paid for by us

Harman is ineffective as Hoyle

As chair she should be insisting the bloater sticks to the point, and cuts the waffle, which amounts to little other than going over the same twaddle.

He is more guilty than finding Jack the Ripper standing over a body with a knife in his hand.

It is really a question now of what sanction the committee recommends.

Sunak surely just want Johnson to just shut up and quietly go away - that he won't doesn't help the Tories at all

Getting rid of him would help Sunak internally as well because it's no secret Johnson wants to be leader again.

Yet 4 (four) of the 7 on the Committee are Tories.

Of the other 3 on it, 2 are Labour & 1 SNP.

It was the heart of government, they weee making loads of decisions , some not good I concede.
How would you have done it then?
Did follow every rule to its guidance? I don’t think many people did.

What is it you think was acceptable about the man in charge flagrantly breaking the law when millions across the country were, say, receiving cancer diagnoses unaccompanied, being found dead alone in thir beds by police or risking their mental and physical health whilst also obeying the rules?

What is it you like best about Boris? The bigotry, the corruption, the incompetence, the lying or the cimrinality?

I can confidently state that had I been caught taking the piss as much as Boris was, I'd have probably lost my job and my professional registration.

Boris won't thank you for licking his boots like this, he's laughing at you.

Just trying to stop the hate of democracy, a lot of people forget that. I am sorry if you hate me for pointing we can have opinions. No I don’t agree with any of his comments on those things that were homophobic or racist. But I do agree with leaving the EU, not Europe , it’s completely different. The Eu is a cartel, to make MEPS rich not any citizens. So please stop trying to make me out as a bigot , just because you support them

I agree, the commentators do seem the types to be intelligent enough to do long division.

The people they are commentating on however…could probably con some people, some of the time, that they could do long division.

If it helps, I'm not accusing you of being a fan of bigotry because I voted remain, I'm accusing you of being a fan of bigotry because you're turning up to offer a feeble defence of a bigot.

I'm quite surprised though that a self professed fan of democracy such as yourself would be a fan of a man who tried to bypass parliament unlawfully, accepted money from iffy Russians and was a figurehead for a movement which was found guilty on multiple counts of electoral fraud.

Yeah, imagine if Corbyn had been in charge. We'd have been riddled with strikes, rampant inflation , collapsing public services and a crumbling infrastructure right now.
