Very Sad, but reading the authors comments, it sounds like a pretty harsh environment for freight forwarders currently, he mentioned 837 companies are on the watch warning zone.

My understanding is that it was extended. Assume the sponsorship is paid over the course of the deal. Town will comment once the situation becomes clearer, whether they're creditors etc.

Presumably, as has been alluded to, another sponsor could be found if they are not able to honour their contractual obligations. The club shouldn't suffer much (especially as the sponsorship must be far more attractive now than it was), it is other creditors and the employees who will suffer most.

Even though I now use a controller, with built in mixer for the turntables, I refuse to sell my DJM600 even though I'm unlikely to use it again.

Yes, I think that's right, the sponsorship would be worth more now than when Ollie agreed his last deal. Tough on creditors - have been a creditor on a few similar occasions in the past - and employees. Hopefully the business can be got back up and running by the administrators without too much pain for all concerned.

Indeed. Wouldn’t be a surprise if Ashton had some rather bigger organisations in his sights either..

The Ed Sheeran stand, then! Let's hope, as Phil says, the administrator can find a good deal and the company continues. A horrible situation for those most affected, I am sure.

I hung onto my CDJ 1000's for a long, long time after I stopped using them any more, they make such nice kit.

The Magnus Group goes into administration (n/t) on 00:22 - Nov 14 with 2767 views | BigCommon | Sad to hear this.. I don't know how this sort of thing works. Perhaps someone can enlighten us... But, assuming we will look for a new sponsor. Would this be an opportunity to move the FFP goal posts in our favor a touch? Re naming a whole side of the ground, at a club that's getting plenty of media exposure these days. And is only set to get more. Surely there's a good deal in the making, there.? Could GC , use a successful company within the Pension pot, to sponsor us? For the greater good of the Pension fund. .Assuming that money assists/enables us to move forwards?
