I'm going to take my cheese very seriously this festive period.
Stilton - absolute must, probably the #1 pick on my list
A mature cheddar - Lovely with a water biscuit and nice chutney
Brie - certainly on the list, although doesn't tend to be my default
Camembert - perhaps baked with some crusty bread
Danish blue - that bit stronger and more creamy than a Stilton, has to find a place on my board
