..following on from the other thread, let's have definitive list of songs that should be struck off the play list:
- Fashanu song (obviously).
- The famous Norwich City went to Rome to see the Pope (good song ruined by the last bit).
- Any other song that includes Delia being a wh*re or dying. (although the 10 more years bit isn't offensive to her as such).
- **** is a sh**hole and I want to go home (away games).
- Ironic "we've had a shot / got the ball" when we're doing so well in general.
- Norwich City we're coming for you
- We're the left side / right side.

Was reminded of one last night that, perhaps irrationally, really annoys me - doing the 'shhhh' thing at home.
Surely the whole point of that 'chant' is to do it away to say 'your stadium's so quiet, we're the only ones making a noise'. Doing it at home is just deadening your own atmosphere for no reason. Stupid. |  |

Not necessarily unacceptable, but changing the lyrics to the We've got 'Super Kieron McKenna chant' from 'Ladapo in attack' is a must. He rarely plays and when he does he is unenthusiastic and looks unfit.

So from this thread I gather that we should just sit in silence.
Obviously we shouldn't be singing the downright offensive ones (the Fashanu one, Delia is a w****, etc), but otherwise we ought to be making as much noise as possible around the stadium. I don't care about what the song is, generate some noise! I know it was cold last night and lots of gloves, but sitting in the Magnus upper at the Alf Ramsey end it was pitiful the amount of indifference there seemed around me towards some of the best football and commitment we've seen at this club for decades. Barely a shrug of a shoulder and a smattering of half-hearted claps. [Post edited 30 Nov 2023 21:22]

It was pretty quiet last night.
We usually help the atmosphere along in the SBRL along with the lads in front of us, but they weren't there last night to help things along.
