Having watched Town from a young boy to an old man I have seen it all. The ups and downs of ITFC and whilst the comparisons between teams cannot really be made due to players now being fitter perhaps, but possibly less physical become the game doesn't allow it. Whether Town and McKenna can ever reach the heights of the Robson era I have my doubts. Not impossible, but improbably due to how players were purchased and exchanged in the Robson era. Now there's much more evidence available and probably more teams after certain players. But whatever, enjoy the ride as there's no doubt we have a team now after years in the football wilderness. | | | |
