I don't think it would nullify Burns at all. It depends on whether Sarmiento and Hutchinson can then offer more. However, Davis has been our biggest threat this season so it does reduce that and so I get your point. |  |

Even if Williams was here and in the squad, we'd still be missing cover at full back. He might be adept at stepping in for Clarke or Davis but cannot do both. If the worst happened and we lose Davis, what's the next option without Williams? Humphreys? Burgess to LB - where he has played before IIRC with Edmundson returning at LCB? Someone like Tuanzebe coming in at RB with Clarke switching?
And, with Clarke nursing an injury plus key to our play from the right, it may be difficult to entertain the last option anyway. | |

In fairness, from what I can see, they come across as someone who throws enough at the wall that eventually something will stick rather than actually being someone ITK. And as they posted unsubstantiated negativity about a player on Town's books over a sustained time, I'm not surprised others are questioning it - especially after what happened last weekend. | |
