Labours next party political broadcast should be clips of Sunak being asked questions and his responses with this running in the background. He was asked today whether the Reform party are the new Conservatives and yet again waffled on about his plan with no attempt to answer the question.
Then you need to ask Starmer about triple lock and universities fees amongst others ???

Good morning to you too 😂😂
If it helps the conversation, I genuinely have (historically) been a Tory voter But this time round , absolutely not.
Before the national service debacle I was searching for a reason to vote for Them - (and not finding it) -l. However that whole thing has pushed me so far away from them that I shall be voting tactically to support the best chance candidate - which is Labour
Let’s face it , most politicians are rats (theres some good eggs) so whoever ends up in Downing Street is likely to be self serving
I voted Tory in every election up to and including 2017. Couldn't vote for either of the two parties in 2019.
I think they needs a long spell in opposition and try to figure out what they stand for. These past few years it's been in power for power's sake. An 80 seat majority and they didn't do anything with it.

Not on here, no.
I'd be curious to know why anyone voting Tory is doing so, because all the evidence suggests that they are clueless, self-serving, and generally awful. It would also be good if there were reasons other than the 'but Labour' response that usually gets offered.

They did something with it, they did 5 years of in fighting and acting like a coalition of loosely aligned centre and and far right (mainly the latter) splinter parties. They, essentially, did what Tories always do and prioritised party issues over governing the country. I dread to think the horrors that are going to emerge in the Tory party post election, think we're about to head to a dark place.

They need a total reset and clear out. This may well be that and as you say, a spell in opposition might focus them . As it stands, they are unelectable, even if the alternative is less than great.
I suspect a lot of the vote in July will be a protest.
I don’t see sunak surviving in his job the result if he loses either . He will be gone within a week , if not sooner .

Yeah. And it's a toss of a coin whether they decide to go further to the right or back to a one nation party. My guess is they will go further to the right.

My biggest concern about Labour is that they don’t seem to be able to give an answer
Whenever they’re asked a question , they launch straight into
“well the tories have made it sh1t for the last 14 years”
Yes we know that, so what are you going to differently…?
“But the tories…”
It’s most frustrating (for me). I’d love for labour to give us all a reason to vote that way instead of pointing out the crapness (which might be reason enough) but if Like to see something…. More?

I think history indicates that if you go over 10 years then it ends up in a right fecking mess.
I can't vote Tory this time and I'm not sure if I can vote Labour because of my dad.
Green is a no go as they are completely full of fruitcakes, I suspect that is the same with Reform but I will read both of their manifestos with interest.
If I were artistic and could draw a fanny then I would but I suspect my voting slip will end up with a big cock on it - complete with man juice flying out .

Maybe try lecturing your mate Leitrim about spelling and grammar, and the use of his words in describing me.
I don't know Leitrim so wouldn't describe him as a mate, mate. I just found it ironic that you sought to insult his intelligence but spelt advice wrong so thought I'd point it out. Apologies if that has upset you.

And Labours funds will come from …….???
If your going to question one party then please feel free to question the opposition.
Erm, the commitment to the triple lock is already costed. Labour aren't offering a 'quadruple lock' or saying they'd introduce National Service. Or, indeed, advocated to remove National Insurance payments (cost: £46bn p/a).
But no, you're right, I haven't been critical of Labour or Keir Starmer before...

So is now a good time to mention I’ll be voting conservative?
In a democracy you are free to vote for whoever you wish.
Personally I’ve seen far too close for comfort what the tories are and I believe they’ve got to go. As soon as possible. Their time is up. They are out of ideas and have damaged this country terribly with their idiocy, arrogance and assumptions.
Do I have any faith in Starmer? None whatsoever, but that really isn’t the point.
A ‘hung Parliament’ would probably cause the least damage but either way, what remains of Sunak’s shower has to go.
The people of this country deserve better politicians and we desperately need constitutional reform.
It doesn’t matter what I do with my vote - the conservative will get elected here. Let’s hear it for proportional representation! I’ll get my coat.
T is for Tory T is for Cockwombles (never was any good at spelling)

I don’t even know what reform “stands for” (I think that’s my ignorance- I haven’t looked tbh)
Labour doesn’t sit quite right with me, but as I’ve said above it might be the only viable Option
The greens are a bunch of basket cases that want to tax and Legislate everyone and everything - . I wouldn’t put them in charge of boiling an egg let alone a Country
Independent, well you might as well draw a large penis on the vote paper.
Lib Dem - I’m struggling to find a reason why I (or anybody) would vote for Them. They’re like a glass of water - just … nothing

Not so sure a hung parliament would be a good outcome myself. Would just lead to more politicking, rows and quick elections. I realise labour havent really given much detail on they'd fixthe country's many problems, but think they'll need solid power for 5 years to have a crack, whatever they come up with.
Has anyone ever looked at their own postings for last day or so? Oh my... so sorry. Was Ullaa

Oh I don’t know. Count Binface holding the balance of power. Think of the fun!
Ok, maybe you are right.

I’m getting a sense that the mood of the country is so much hatred of the tories, a hung parliament isn’t likely

Massively disagree with that my vote won't count idea.
I the last local election Labour won by 16 votes in an area where the Tories always get in because they redrew the boundaries etc.
Even if your vote is "wasted" because of the dominance of one party, if everyone votes and reduces their majority it helps move the needle over time.
A colleague is refusing to vote because they're a socialist who thinks Starmer is a Tory etc. but they are an ardent campaigner for their local socialist group. If you opt out of the system yet constantly work to demand change that seems arse about face to me.
