It depends what you add them to, of course. They're an ideal balance for something with a mix of spicy flavours. | |

Pomegranate just over a quid, mackerel fillets £2.50, asparagus is like £2 a pack and I'm using a third of it, Greek yogurt £3 something (but that's a massive tub I'm only using a fraction of) and walnuts, broccoli and spices I already had. | |

Mash is great made with creme fraiche and a touch of nutmeg... but if you like lumpy mash then decent mash will probably be lost on you! | |
