Brilliant scoring record last season but his passing is barely Championship level and he's an average dribbler. I'd be very worried if we were reliant on him as a key player. Tbh I'm worried about Szmodics potentially being recruited as a key player. Both would improve us as squad additions but we need more to be competitive (IMO). | | | |

Yeah for 8m I think he'd be worth it, I know his season in the Prem wasn't great but that was a couple of seasons ago and he'd just arrived, still only 24 too so has plenty of mileage in him.. |  | | |

They are different players and yes there are better players than Rowe, but he’s the sort of player that I think fits our ‘profile’ and wouldn’t cost an absolute bomb.
I don’t agree with your point about Leeds being the only club, you could say the same about we’re the only ones in for Szmodics.
It won’t happen, obviously, but I’ll stand by my opinion that he’d be a good signing for £10M. | | | |

Yes I'm not petty about signing a good Norwich player per se but he was quite vocal and I actually agree. If he was absolutely class if I'm honest I'd swallow the pride and as long as he gave everything and put all that nonsense behind him I'd live with it. Fact is the jury is out. Decent but not a game changer. I'd park that one. Sargent I would take. No real allegiance to Norwich as an American and he would fit the system very well indeed. | |
