Al-Hamadi 09:52 - Aug 18 with 1906 views | DorchesterBlue | I know he isn’t up to match fitness yet but he could be a real good striker. His ability to get beyond a defence with raw power/speed is great however he needs some shooting practice/ power in his shots. Achieve that and his going to be a top player
Al-Hamadi on 09:58 - Aug 18 with 1812 views | norfsufblue | Got to agree, think getting him "McKenna fit" will see him improve game on game as he strengthens his recovery from the injury he carried last year. Might go on loan who knows but not before Freddie says his goodbyes with our huge thanks.

Quite simple when you watch it back Our offsides. Liverpool backline all in a line and in sync. Watch their far side fullback.. he literally steps forward to ensure he's in line Counter that with our backline and everytime our far side fullback Is not in line whether it was Axel or Davis. Then as match went on wolfy began stepping deeper than Greaves and you're then always in trouble.

Same here. I haven't written him off and im still optimistic, but I'm still waiting to see something more than just hard running and effort. AAH needs a loan to bring on his game. Number one priority is to bring in a striker.

He needs a loan in the Championship or top end League One to learn his trade

I think he could go to a top ten Champ side for a year and be better for it. Hopefully broja is done and announced tomorrow with Cajuste. Get as much time on the training ground for the new boys and we might be all right this month.

That's a key point, if a distinctly awkward situation. We need to bring in another centre forward before al-Hamadi can go anywhere, given Hirst isn't going to be back before the end of the window and the former is Delap's cover*. That would leave us with three strikers, but at least Delap can play elsewhere in the forward line, rather than wasting away on the bench. * I think Ladapo could do the job in an emergency, but not ideal and he's probably going to be moving elsewhere to get regular game-time himself.

Yeah I think he’s destined for a loan as soon as we get a second striker through the door. The difference jf bringing Hirst (or someone of that quality) on yesterday, would’ve been massive. Love Al Hamadi, but I think even he would admit that a season in the championship would do him good.
