Enter Sandman vs. Fulham on 10:35 - Sep 11 by Radlett_blue
I am 67 & keen to hear "Enter Sandman".
I must say, I’m 53 myself. Not sure that’s old but I often forget. Especially when the wife has just let one rip and my sides are hurting from laughing.

I LOVE Metallica and this would be awesome. Can’t imagine the olds being too keen though.

"Can’t imagine the olds being too keen" - I'm 71 and our generation invented Metal, grew up with Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, AC/DC... Metallica are respectable pretenders to the Throne, so Enter Sandman is fine by me! (remember we had this inflicted on us at FPR in the 60's and 70's - )

As an old guy, I’d go for Enter Sandman. Always think our stadium falls flat at the start of the second half. Anything to crank it up while people are returning to their seats would be good. It’s easy before the start of the match, although they seem to be struggling to fit in Hey Jude with the Premier League anthem.

It depends on your taste in music, any age group may like any genre of music, Grateful Dead were big in the 60's and 70's which would make fans who grew up in that era 70 to 80 years old.

I am old but not particularly into hard rock, but love this track, really envious that daughter heard it played live with an orchestra backing a rock band, can't remember where.

I remember that from the early 80's too. Even as a kid it struck me as odd. Was it unique to us as entrance music?
It's 106 miles to Portman Road, we've got a full tank of gas, half a round of Port Salut, it's dark... and we're wearing blue tinted sunglasses.

I would prefer this.

I also really really love this, with the line "Love is noise, love is pain, Love is these blues that I'm singing, Again, again, again, again, again. Sums up supporting Town the last few seasons.

VT have been using it from the turn of the century - Metallica are a US band so a good fit for a US franchise. But given the Arizona State Police’s record on race relations maybe a little ditty by Steel Pulse would be a better fit
