He has the PL composure built in from playing a high level at Napoli, he's a big lad and certainly holds his own physically
He looks really useful, I still think ideally, we need an agile long term replacement for Morsy who seems to be doing really well despite his lack of pace
I think there's a lot more to come from Phillips too in fairness to him, he will step up as time goes on
