Cunha starts for Wolves on 17:27 - Dec 26 with 6837 views | Nthsuffolkblue | He will be banned but it is poor that it is taking so long to hear the case. They can schedule and play matches, surely they can convene a hearing and hear the case too?

This is getting ridiculous on 17:41 - Dec 26 with 6671 views | unstableblue | They are a different side with him playing As we are with Delap He was out of control after our match and needs to be banned And that was 12, twelve, days ago

Cunha starts for Wolves on 17:42 - Dec 26 with 6673 views | forrestsfringe | I can only think he or Wolves have appealed the charge and that’s holding things up given that in the time since it’s happened, they’ve fined Angus Gunn for a tunnel incident at QPR and banned an Accrington Stanley defender for two matches for violent in-play conduct that was missed by the officials, but caught on camera on December 21. In both instances, the players admitted their guilt. Gunn’s punishment was decided by an independent tribunal, so maybe that plays a part. At the moment, it feels as though the panel assessing Cunha’s incident was made up of Graham Turner, Steve Bull and Karl Henry.

I think (hope) the difference this time is that MA won't let it drop but will pursue it like a tenacious terrier.

Why are people so angry? We could conceivably have 12 points half way through the season, that's no where near good enough to stay up

Our points total is irrelevant in this situation. We won a game of football against a relegation rival, and said relegation rival’s lead striker responded to this situation by assaulting a member of our staff. He was charged and then….well, I can only presume the FA must still be getting over their Christmas parties given that nothing has happened since and the bloke has gone on to score in two games he should not even be taking part in.
Cunha starts for Wolves on 19:07 - Dec 26 with 5388 views | DublinBlue84 | Utter joke. I hate what this league has become, it used to be about football but the amount of dodgy stuff I have seen go on this season which always favours the status quo who are already in the league a few seasons and especially the big boys really does my head in. If we get relegated at least we'll be out of this so called circus, I don't want us to go down, but it's looking increasingly likely. The Premier League is not what it once was, it's now pretty much a farce these days. Having Delap banned because he 'had to books someone from both teams' and then Cunha scoring in a match he should be banned for takes the mick. Disgrace.

Cunha starts for Wolves on 19:09 - Dec 26 with 5376 views | BrockleyBlue78 | This is utterly disgraceful. What an absolute joke that he’s playing and scoring. The evidence is so clear he should have been suspended immediately pending the investigation. Naturally Wolves wouldn’t take action against their own (important) player but any decent club would have. Makes a joke of the league.

The Premier League was wholesome the last time we were in it compared to now. Corrupt and greed driven with the rules made up on the spot to suit the long termers. I knew this year would be difficult but cannot believe how much I'm missing the Championship.

Getting points in key games at a key time for the relegation battle, when that player should clearly be facing at least a 5 game ban for violent conduct. The FA, yet again, have some explaining to do and we should not let this go. I trust the club are on it. If not they should be.

It's changed and not for the better I'm afraid. To be honest the whole thing makes me quite despondent about football as a whole seeing some of the stuff I've seen this season. I know many people over the years have quoted as saying that 'the game's gone' but I never was one of those people. Slowly however I'm coming around to the fact that the damage to our game is now severe and unlikely to ever change. It's more unfair then ever before. The gap is so big between the Premier League and Championship, more than it's ever been in my opinion but the stuff that is going on in the league is making a big gap even bigger than it needs to be, whether that is inconsistent VAR officials, poor officiating, rule changes designed to benefit certain teams, lack of consistency, closed shops, desires to keep any teams from upsetting the bigger clubs etc. As I said I hope that we stay up, but whereas before I was generally sad when we went down in 2002 I won't be crying the same way this time around. To be able to go back to games without VAR, glory hunters, fair-weather fans, being able to get an away ticket again and watch a game of real football for real fans looks quite appealing. I'd love to stay up and really give everything that has worked against us a bloody nose and beat the odds and stay up there, but after today's results that looks really slim unless we get something out of our next two games.

2 goals he's got them and points, When we go down( this league don't like gate crashers) I don't care, better fans competitive games and not so much cheating fixing games, We will be back bigger stronger and they won't stop us,
