Just been released.. Worth taking a punt on a 6month contract till the end of season.. Be ideal on either wing, adds experience and quality.
Feel we need prem experience in January if we were to have any chance of survival.

Yes but
___where is his head at
___will he fit in
___will he work hard enough
___he doesn't fit with the ITFC recruitment policy of developing younger players (which isn't working at all in the Premier League - so should be changed for this window)

Well he fits ‘marquee signing’ status that so many love. He was a terrific player five to ten years ago for Chelsea and has had a good career. Only 36 and I’ve no doubt when he was growing up in Brazil playing for Ipswich was his dream. Signed a contract with Olympiakos in September, released now.

From his perspective, I’m sure he’d welcome a big fat Premier League pension top up, as would his agent. Especially after four moves in four years since leaving Chelsea. If he needs advice on rinsing poorer PL clubs in desperate need, I’m sure Lee Chapman can help.

A no from me.

At 36? No from me thanks, unless it's for peanuts and he doesn't expect to be starting every game.

I don’t know why people act like we only develop young players, when over the last few years key signings have included the likes of Ladapo, Luongo, Kieffer Moore, Szmodics…not to mention a fair few short term loans

I doubt we’ll sign Willian but a signing of this nature is definitely possible, and quite possibly likely given the short term aim of survival
