Has stated we won’t see any real benefit until 2029

How convenient🤔😂

You must enjoy winding up the resident Labour members on this forum.

I just find it more amusing that people can vote Labour and think its left of the Tories. Starmer and co are proving to be the most effective right-wing Government we have had in decades. Record high deportation of migrants, citizenship denials, increasing military funding while taking benefits off of the sick and disabled, it's a Tory wet dream, you should be very happy.

Although he's upset Steve M, which is low-hanging fruit on this forum, given how easy that is to do.

I haven't seen any real benefits since 1949. Well 1950 really as I wasn't born until then. It's just the constant drivel from one Government to the next. All promising more. Yeah, more for themselves. Nobody should be fooled into thinking these slimy politicians who put on their finery and smile and say all the right things when trying to get into power are going to be any better than the last lot except rob you of your hard earned maybe in a different way. They are silent assassins with a smile on their faces that is not for you, but for the fact that they have conned enough people to swing the vote their way.

At the very real risk of playing the man rather than the post - what do you gain from these posts? Fair enough, if you’re able to argue your case but you don’t really.

If you are trolling please can you up your game as it’s all very League One level.

I often find when someone repeatedly posts the same thing over and over, especially in the same space, it can be a sign of something deeper going on.

Obsessive posting like this can point to anxiety, compulsive behaviour, or unresolved stress, and it might be worth the OP taking a step back to reflect on whether this is helping or harming their wellbeing.

Certainly if it’s starting to take over their time or energy, maybe consider speaking to someone about it — not as a judgment, but as something that could actually help.

"It wasn’t mentioned in the Chancellor’s speech, but the Spring Statement papers contain a major suite of anti-tax avoidance proposals, probably the toughest ever introduced. If enacted this will, in effect, criminalise the tax avoidance industry. We welcome it."

But what do ‘bites’ actually achieve?

Ok, in real life winding someone up can be very funny. But on the Internet, where you can’t really interpret how someone is feeling - I don’t understand what it brings that person.

The pièce de résistance is that Reeves and Labour are proudly stating we're going to be £500 better off.... in 2029!

But even this has been proven to be a downgrade by the OBR, which Reeves conveniently avoided mentioning at the despatch box.

In fact, Labour's policies are set to lower real household disposable income by 0.25% over the rest of their parliamentary term. Yikes.
