Farke off? on 14:01 - Apr 23 with 2176 views | blueasfook | Well his premier league track record isnt great. I can understand Leeds concerns, and taking into account the performance of the promoted teams the last 2 seasons, they may well want to try something different. Can't say I blame them. It is a huge challenge for any promoted team to gain a foothold in the premier league now.

Surely his stock is higher than mid table championship at the minute? Reckon he’ll go back to Germany.

McKenna had 3 or 4 times the money to spend too. (doesn't just duck - runs)

Currently proven not to be with the team he has. However, given him Brighton, Brentford etc he would be more than capable

Farke off? on 14:56 - Apr 23 with 1712 views | Trequartista | As much as it goes against all instincts, we want Leeds (and Burnley and the playoff winner) to stay up next season otherwise there will be no chance of breaking the grip of "The Big 17" in 2026/27.

Didn't Farke managed to lose something like 15/16 PL matches on the trot with 2 different Norwich teams from end of 19/20 into 21/22. We've yet to match that . . .

People often go on about sleeping giants................but Leeds are just that. Fecking huge place, one city team.

That's a good point I hadn't thought about. As you say we somehow need both of them staying up along with, let's say Bristol city in the play offs, wolves Everton and west ham to drop down, and then we go up as champions with a resurgent Millwall and Preston. That should give us as good a chance as possible to stay up in 26/27!!

Is it though? If it’s deemed the striker isn’t PL quality you buy a new one. What’s the difference? And in DF case, he’s had two goes at the PL, at not kept a team up.

They just need to get it right for one season and get some healthy investment. Terrible club, but a proper ground. Not one of the village sized ones we see at Brentford and Bournemouth. Can see them doing a Forest. Bit of FFP cheating then a few good seasons before it all implodes again.

Possibly. Forest could well be a relevant parallel here.
