If they stay up with Cajuste and Axel that’s going to sting.

They probably had the same feelings about us last summer re: Muric and O'Shea.

Meh... it won't really bother me in the slightest to be honest. Cajuste will likely be decent at Championship level but he's not irreplaceable. I'm more concerned with the lack of links to alternatives, when we need another 2 in there at least.

Is his agent rhe same as Phologene’s ?

Similar style of operation , last season and this

I don't think Jens did enough to attract serious interest from anyone in the top 17 last season but you can see why one of the newly promoted clubs would be interested at less than £6m

I also feel if he was coming to us, he would already be here. The only chance we have over the other sides interested is familiarity and whether he wants to settle as opposed to moving clubs every season. I guess he'd also be certain first choice here.

I'm not deliberately being 'edgy', but I can't see him coming here. We all know he's too good for the Championship. And why would he choose to come here if he can play either at the top of the Turkish league and in the Europa League or in the PL?

He might surprise me, but you've got to really love Suffolk to put us ahead of the PL and European football.

Fine, let's try and get him in but make sure we've got a couple of alternatives warmed up.

We really should be moving on from this. Austria end of next week and we have absolutely no one through the door. We need two exceptional midfielders and at least one striker, probably two asp.

Spot on.

Why? Of the last ten seasons, Burnley have been in the PL for eight of them. Their core team was probably more PL than what ours ever was.

They’ve done very well since their 2015 relegation. Let’s hope we can bounce back in the same manner.

Yes, but their style of play is pathetic, play 10 men in the box and hit long balls to eke out 1-0 wins

Disagree. Let's bust a gut to get him in, but have some other options up our sleeve. If by some miracle we can persuade him to come here, he'll boss the league next season. You don't get anywhere without being ambitious and ballsy.

We didn’t stay up with them, just as we didn’t stay up with O Shea and Muric.

They’ll go straight back down

You obviously didn't watch them last season. Dyche isn't there any more. 22 players left just before the end of the transfer window and it took time to gel, hence the 0-0 and 1-0 scores. No centre forward in the team, Flemming is a 10 not a 9, so how could they play long balls?

They didn't play long ball, but they were REALLY dull to watch.

I was born underwater, I dried out in the sun. I started humping volcanoes baby, when I was too young.

They smothered teams from front to back, which is impressive in itself if you only care about positional football. There was nothing to get particularly offended about but also nothing to get excited about either. Boringly efficient probably sums them up.

He did really like it here, but I think it is his agent who wants better for him.
