I dont get why he would need to travel across a continent as the one sending the EMAIL was in the US, the club didnt send it, more than likely here to see the show and fine out whats going on for the summer. |  | | |

Because, he us effectively in charge as leads ORG, so coming over, shaking hands with some ITFC people (Ashton + others) and reassuring everyone that they are just jumping ship, seems like an emminently sensible thing to do.
Him being here and publicly seen as well, also looks good towards fan base.

Jumping ship? They’re probably just trying to raise capital and protect their margins for initial investors. Being ahead of schedule and accelerated projects = more cash burn, despite all the money that’s associated with promotion, if we didn’t make it back (hate putting that sentence into the universe), they all of a sudden they’ve got a bit of an issue on returns.
Assessing risk reward really and further big projects like the Cobbold to come. The only bit that confuses me is who would pay over 50% to not make the final decisions. |  | | |

Not sure it's about raising funds for Town, more selling some of PSPRS's stake, in which case the funds go there. Certainly wasn't Town aiming to raise cash themselves anyway, the mailshot came as a complete surprise. | | | |
