Jeremy Sarmiento on 13:41 - Jul 18 with 2634 views | TRUE_BLUE123 | No and he isn't good enough. Couldn't get in our starting 11. Couldn't get in Burnley's starting 11

Jeremy Sarmiento on 13:44 - Jul 18 with 2561 views | portmanking | Nah, not for me. Too... chaotic. Not enough control in possession for McKenna's liking, I'd wager.
Jeremy Sarmiento on 13:44 - Jul 18 with 2558 views | Westcountryblue | Feels like a bit of a Kyle Edwards situation. Flashes of brilliance, but not able to perform consistently over 90 minutes. He only made a handful of starts at Burnley last season. Wouldn't be against him as an option off the bench, but not as a full time addition or solution.
Jeremy Sarmiento on 13:50 - Jul 18 with 2433 views | PioneerBlue | Of course but it would help he was a 6 or an 8

Jeremy Sarmiento on 13:51 - Jul 18 with 2408 views | rayman_10 | We don’t need anymore left sided attackers. We have Clarke/Szmodics/Broadhead. I’m pretty sure most of Philogene’s time at Hull came from the left too

Jeremy Sarmiento on 13:53 - Jul 18 with 2368 views | burnbudgiesburn | We probably won't but i'll go against the consensus and say i'd have him back here in a heartbeat. Inconsistent, but young and had that ability to go past a player with skill - something now Hutch looks like going we will need more of. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Another winger ? We have plenty of those already. Burns, Ogbene, Philogene, Broadhead, Hutchinson, Clarke!
Jeremy Sarmiento on 13:57 - Jul 18 with 2307 views | baxterbasics | what on earth for? He wasn't even a regular starter last time round, and he'd be way down the pecking order now.

He also worked his socks off - at least that was my perception. Hutch has skill, but he also has a huge engine, and that was really important to his effectiveness. I suspect JS would similarly be more of a KM player than a Burnley player in their system

Jeremy Sarmiento on 14:08 - Jul 18 with 2077 views | Matt_Netherlands | Sadly not good enough for what we need…. Even though it would be a romantic return after THAT game. He’s basically a lower quality Enciso.
Jeremy Sarmiento on 15:13 - Jul 18 with 1737 views | blueoutlook | No. We need two more midfielders and two more strikers plus a number 10 if Omari goes.

Jeremy Sarmiento on 15:39 - Jul 18 with 1529 views | Bobbychase | It's not compulsory to only buy players who have played for us before. Despite a lot of our fans being unable to consider anything else. :-)

Jeremy Sarmiento on 17:09 - Jul 18 with 1284 views | Smoresy | He's been a regular sub for top Championship sides across a couple of seasons now, so happily I'd have seen him return if the squad balance were different. It just isn't an area that we need to add depth in though, so an apologetic no from me on this occasion Jeremy (best of luck to a top fella!).
Jeremy Sarmiento on 17:19 - Jul 18 with 1234 views | yesjohn99 | Without ‘that’ goal, I doubt anyone would consider him.
Jeremy Sarmiento on 17:38 - Jul 18 with 1126 views | Swansea_Blue | No thanks. I wouldn’t say no to Enciso though! CMs and at least one striker are the priorities.

Number 6?! Think we’re ok for centre backs! Unless the number 6 was Sir Terry Butcher.
