I’d love this to happen.
I’ve never seen Matusiwa play so will reserve judgement on him, but Cajuste would bring a bit of muscle memory from last season and knows how McKenna will want him to play, and we saw how good he can be on his day. Keep him fit and I think he’d be a beast at Championship level. Hackney’s ridiculously good as well, get ‘em both in and let’s sh1t the league this season.

To me, this is one of the biggest reasons to sign him, he can slot straight into the team and know exactly what McKenna wants from him. Not sure what his preseason has looked like but if he signed on Monday you would think he could go straight into the team on Friday without any need to get up to speed with tactics etc. | | | |

No idea how true this report is, but also helps a little that he has played at Reims with Matusiwa.
Not sure how many starts they made together but a quick look suggests they have played at least a few games as starters. | | | |
