Starting point was keeping squad together, which in cases like Dara we have, but others have gone. In reality, we're short of numbers, so we've still got work to do over the next few weeks. Would like to have squad ready for start of season, but not always possible. Club has to do what's right for the club for the short and long-term. Will add to the squad over the next few weeks and challenge for me and staff is to get them into a team for the season ahead. | | | |
