From being a team whose main aim was to consolidate in the championship and progress from there - we went to a PL team who are now favourites for promotion. He just couldn’t keep up with that pace of development - was not a panic signing.

Yes his paternal great great grandfather Sven, was from the Lofoten island, the small fishing village of Gravdal. He was on Amundsen expedition to Antarctica and took shore leave when they stopped in Dakar for supplies,
He had wonderful evening in a bar there, got chatting to barmaid, a lovely young local lady who feel madly in love with the rugged blonde Viking lad and well let’s just say one thing led to another and 9 months later ……
Sven never returned to Dakar, he was the victim of nasty attack of frost bite, serves him right for trying to make out with a hole in the ice! The result was he never knew of his son’s birth.

We made a good profit on him so it's a successful panic of we are calling it that. I'd say it was more just low risk and filled a gap.
