But should Kieran stick with a 4-1 winning team? Would you? Will he?

Injury dependent he should keep it the same, yes.

Ideal scenario would be to have the game virtually wrapped up by the 60th min and then can take off Hirst, Davis and anyone else that needs a rest.

3 games without a start for Cajuste, Clarke, Greaves, Azon… who’d have thunk that at the start of the season!

Well, a few had knocks and injuries after Saturday, so kinda self explanatory, no?

I think the changes will be.

Young for Davis
Azor (if fit) for Hirst
Cajuste for Matusiwa.

And that's it.

Lots of knocks the other day so doubt that'll be possible. Resting Leif exposes the fact we don't have proper backup but might be sensible given the ferocious run of games coming up over the next few weeks. Jack Clarke will, and should, probably start and you'd think there is a use for Cajuste's fresh legs.

Also, don't know how widely it got picked up on but Matusiwa got a really painful one in injury time on Saturday, hopefully it was nothing much, the guy is our midfield conscience and increasingly a cut above our opponents.

As discussed I anticipate a couple of changes - but probably not the 6/7 we've seen before.

Really not sure but if reports are correct in terms of knocks and injuries I can see the below changes perhaps -

Young for Leif
Cajuste for Matusiwa ( although if he's Ok I'd leave the midfield for now )

That's it really .

Philogene will do what he does at home hopefully , rough on J Clarke but ...

Watford look to be a real threat on the attack particularly down the right hand side so we need to be defensively solid and keep Louza quiet. They also look vulnerable in defence so we can definitely punish them if we play like we did on Saturday.

If Young has to play for Leif then I'd be slightly worried about him and Kipre as our two left sided defenders with neither playing on their stronger foot.

And if Azon is not ready and Hirst is still feeling the effects of Saturday then Akpom at the No. 9 position ? Not quite the hold up man that Hirst is but I think he would relish being the focus of the attack and getting a chance to give his shooting boots a real work out, especially if Ringwood's comments about Watford being weak in defence ring true.

I think Watford will play very similar tactics to Charlton, sit deep and hit us with real pace on the counter, as such we will see a similar game with a much more cagey game from Town.

Which means us fans will need to be positive whatever we see for the first half in terms of play as well as maybe going in a goal down, because as at QPR the second half is always the biggest test for opposition teams. I am looking forward to seeing this tactical battle and how we play it after coming off a poor second best against Charlton.

I hope you're wrong about Matusiwa, if he's missing I fear a repeat of the Charlton game.

I like Cajuste, but we need Matusiwa

Injuries aside, I hope KM sticks with the same team tomorrow. I think we've got a good team, but squad is highly overrated. Tinkering away from the players who beat QPR, Norwich, West Brom, and Pompey has failed miserably this season. Particularly want to see Egeli retain his place. 19 year olds can pretty much play every day, and there's a big step down from him to anyone else in the squad at right-wing.

that's a bit simplistic and downplays the importance of the subs.

20 different players have played in those 4 wins (21 with the 5-0 win over sheff u), practically the whole squad except for injured players and youngsters

17 different players have started the 5 wins; the squad is vitally important

There's no chance there wont be at least some changes, especially with Swansea coming up at the weekend.

Absolutely stick with the same team, we need to keep on gelling creating cohesion, that's what will start a winning run, if any players are tired they can be hooked just after HT

Each to their own but I think taking Nunez out after last 2 games especially for an off form Akpom would be absolutely criminal.

Also don't like Mcateer in from the start, surely 19 year old Egeli doesn't need resting for this one, give mcateer his start at the weekend

If we had a week between games I would agree, after a 4-1 away win just start with the same team.

I'm just thinking of freshness.

inclined to agree with this (though maybe for different reasons?)

if there are doubts over azon and hirst, then akpom is probably the only option up front, so we either start him there or have him on the bench to come on up front.

we may need a more defensive minded right winger for swansea away rather than watford at home, so if egeli is fit he should start

I would definitely keep Azor as a Central Midfielder. He's a great player, but asking him to be the lone front man is a step too far.

But if Azon is fit, hopefully he will get 30 minutes replacing Hirst from the bench.
