He did strangely manage to block Nunez’s free kick

He's no where near ready for championship football yet takes someone else's place on the team and contributes nothing.

Very ineffective tonight. Looked a bit lost. Surprised he wasn’t changed earlier.

Was our best attacking player. If you want to criticise, you can start with Nunez, Philogene, Hirst...

80% of our play goes down the other wing.

True, but he’s a work in progress. Whether we can afford to carry him for so long each game is another question. But he is also a talent and needs football to develop. If we had a better option on the right we could take a bit of pressure off him.

He’s not solely responsible for our woeful lack of creativity again tonight though.

He may be a work in progress, but we can't afford someone who's not good enough to start staying on for 84 mins.

I do think he has talent, I’m optimistic I just don’t think his output is high enough right now for where we want to be. Issue is I’m not convinced his replacements is either.

"again". He largely been excellent for us in every other game. Football's not really for you.

He’s going to be really good in 5 years or something like that.

He will be, its not his fault he's been asked to develop in the wide role with furlong as his partner who boots it as hard as he can at him

I thought Hirst had a decent game tbf given he was feeding off scraps for most of the time.

His whole thing is finishing and shot placement. That’s where his data is it’s best. He’s an accurate clinical finisher. Squandering way too many chances. Teenager or not

I think he's one of our better players despite being so young and while some other more lauded and more senior players are clearly disimproving, he will continue to get better.

Not quite sure why we are not putting Egeli out on loan to gain more experience

He's limited playing on the right when he is so left footed. He has no alternative but to cut inside so is easy to play against.

Will be nice when Burns comes back and we can attack on the right again.

To me he looks like a really quality player short on confidence. Comments like that don’t help. He’s one that I think will defintely come good.
