Now he loses the weight.

Still gets abuse on TWTD regardless of how that may make members of our community feel who might be struggling with the same problem.

I have the same issue. I'm overweight and have been using Mounjaro for 2 months now. It's going well but there's still work involved.

You have taken my comment the wrong way. It was not a criticism, just an observation. I have huge respect for what he has achieved. It is a fact though that when you lose weight you look older. Something I noticed with my own weight loss so certainly not meant in the way you took it.
