Was waiting for Jeremy Beadle to pop out.
1st guy answered every question in the formal interview with a powerpoint slide show. He literally had thousands of them, we'd ask a question and then he'd scroll through all of them to find one that answered the question.
2nd guy did his 10 minute presentation, and over ran by 15 minutes, even though I had warned him on 8 minutes that he only had 2 minutes left.
3rd guy announced his arrival by apologising for his outfit, but that he had flown in from Kazakhstan this morning and Turkish Airlines had lost his luggage.

I had someone turn up 55 minute early once, that annoyed me. I guess to show he was keen and punctual etc but that was a stupid move really. You should assume other people might be busy and you'd be in the way. Sure scope out the office, go for a coffee but turn up 5-7 mins before.
