| Would anybody install an app on 18:06 - Dec 17 with 1474 views | billabasblue | Yeah absolutely why not ? I have hundreds of apps already why not one from the football club I’ve spent 35 years supporting what’s the risk ? | | | |

| Would anybody install an app on 18:22 - Dec 17 with 1422 views | Zx1988 | Seems an over-engineered way of doing it, but why not? Better than having to pay for it, which I originally feared when I read MA saying it was a collaboration with EE, and no mention of 'free'. | |

| Would anybody install an app on 18:32 - Dec 17 with 1387 views | MattinLondon | Probably yes - don’t really understand why some make a big fuss about Wi-Fi. Most are at the ground for around a couple hours - not exactly a huge amount of time not to be online for. | | | |
| Would anybody install an app on 19:10 - Dec 17 with 1275 views | USA | Can you imagine the meltdown at times on here with more people able to access TWTD mid game! I’ll stick to the no signal I think. Gives me a nice break from the outside world, nothing to do with needing an app though. That wouldn’t worry me | |

Wait is it 5g of WiFi? Or you use wifi to actually connect to 5g, Because EE do a 5G solution for stadiums thats way better than just wifi linking to the clubs broadband https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1BwfFyrqNK/

You'd be amazed, ive seen people watch other games online whilst at the the ground during a game, and people are constantly checking online scores etc Not me I get no flippin signal the moment I walk in the ground thesedays. In fact I have to turn my phone to airplane mode to stop it hunting for a network and repeatedly telling me I can only make emergency calls.

You’ve seen people watching other games whilst at PR watching the Town game? I’d love to say ‘each to their own’ and all that, but that is quite strange behaviour. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Someone a few rows in front of me was watching a Champions League game on his phone at the Stoke game last week.

Some people are addicted to the Internet. Also, food at the ground - people can't go two hours without eating.

For me it's more for texts. If you're on a heavily subscribed network (Looking at you O2) then there's little or no chance of getting a signal, despite what your phone bars are saying. We'd be back to the days of the PA system relaying important messages to fans. Plus, ITFC no longer read out the scores at H/T and people like to keep up to date. (And I look at TWTD during the match to see if something contentious is actually so!)

I have 8 apps just to pay for parking .... I miss the good deed of being able to give my ticket to someone entering the car park, because it still had time on it!

EXACTLY! | | | |
| Would anybody install an app on 08:33 - Dec 18 with 641 views | Cafe_Newman | Not sure why this is getting downvoted. I wouldn't install an app for Town's free WiFi either, but I'm happy for others to do so if they want. Visits to Portman Road are precious moments in my life where I can step out of my tech dominated life and pretend that I'm living in the 1980's again. | | | |

Well people complain about the variety of food and beer so why not the wifi as well? You would think people were there for the week...
