Yeah, I think this transfer window will have a huge bearing on the remainder of the season.

Frank you'd have thought has decent contacts and with Coventry flying high, he may be able to get a real piece of quality through the door to get them over the line, perhaps a nice PL loan.

We've got financial muscle, but as we know, has to be the right player now, absolutely has to fit things just right and if we do that, then I think we're in with a shout of second place.

1st Coventry - 12 point lead for a consistent team simply too much already.
2nd Ipswich - I think we're doing enough, albeit not convincingly yet
3rd Middlesboro - Consistent, good tally on the board, convert their chances
4th Hull - Not too far off, have some real quality in Belloumi, perhaps overperforming
5th Preston - good up top, decent at the back, going to be there
6th Southampton - lots of quality, looking better, might be a lot to do like us, but think they'll overhaul a fair few.

Three of your top six, Hull, Preston and Derby only avoided relegation to League one on the last day of the season. I don't see any of them having the depth in squad to last the distance.
