Every individual I know, or have ever encountered, who uses this haitch nonsense, is utterly and irretrievably ignorant.
One of my daughter’s group of friends also insists on zee instead of zed, uses the words ‘like’ and ‘literally’ in excess of two hundred times on a 20 minute journey, all on top of the aforementioned atrocity.

Having worked in London a lot, I come across "haitch" iin England mostly amonsgst speakers of estuary English when they're spelling out a word where they usually end up dropping the flippin aitch anyway!
