| Suella Braverman the latest to defect to Reform. on 12:56 - Jan 26 by DanTheMan | It's all a cult of personality around Farage. Just like UKIP, if he goes, the whole thing falls to pieces. This sorry lot are jumping on the bangwagon to try and get back into power. |
The ultimate 'prank' would be for Farage to replace Badenoch as Tory leader after all this.

| Suella Braverman the latest to defect to Reform. on 13:05 - Jan 26 by LeoMuff | Think they are shooting themselves in the foot here, massively dilutes their message of change. As you say putting the guys on board who car crashed the country over the last few years is surely disasterous , not that I’m complaining |
Sadly don't agree. Farage's biggest issue was convincing he could form a government with a cabinet that was experienced. He's slowly got figures in place to make that more credible (even if I as many here see them as having dreadful records). It tells you a lot about Farage's mindset. He's serious about this. Sadly everyone is waking up too late. All of this was inevitable as soon as Starmer was thrown through the door of number 10 by the press. Everyone wanted to pretend it was 1997. It wasn't. Despairing at Reform voters, whilst maybe understandable, will only contribute to their success. You have to seek to understand. We have a confluence of three factors: the country is broken, the petit bourgeois class and culture has expanded hugely in the last 25 years and has become mainstream, and Farage is the most able politician since Blair.
| Suella Braverman the latest to defect to Reform. on 13:39 - Jan 26 with 453 views | Devereuxxx | Surely they are reaching the critical mass of ex-Tories, and start to become more unelectable with every single ex-cabinet minister jumping ship after being politically obliterated 18 months ago? Weird how none of them jumped ship before the last election, almost like it's not ideological but purely for personal gain based on reform's polling ratings. Grifters gonna grift. | | | |

If people think Farage is for them and a man of the people then they are sadly mistaken, this guy is all about big business and money and will sell his own grandmother to get a few quid (See the wonderful success of Brexit) Unfortunately for the rest of us, we will have to suffer this fool and his band of merry has beens as both the Tories and Labour are to scared to call out his nonsense. Bleak times ahead.

| Suella Braverman the latest to defect to Reform. on 12:47 - Jan 26 by eireblue | Benters, will you still be voting for Reform? I think he will. reform voters won’t particularly care. It is very easy to spin this. Hello when I was a Tory, I couldn’t control immigration because of the European law still blocking what we can do. Thankfully Nige and Tice, with your votes, can take on the foreign judges and finally we can take back control of our borders. Simples. |
100 % I will vote Reform as long as Chairman Starmer let’s us vote that is!

Turn off GB news and get some fresh air. Or wait for the other GB to bounce in and defend you with some thinly failed constructive understanding.

There is a third option... they get picked up well out to sea where a capsizing would mean likely death for people in the boat. It's not either they get to England or they are a foot from France.

| Suella Braverman the latest to defect to Reform. on 12:34 - Jan 26 by Herbivore | It's a measure of the average Reform voter that they haven't joined the dots yet and realised that a vote for Reform isn't a vote for change, it's a vote for people who are ideologically and now physically the same sh!te Tory government of 2019-2024. |
See this is why I can’t decide if all these Tories going there is genius or amazingly stupid. It makes me wonder if Farage has said to them he is going to quit soon and wants to leave them to fight it out over who runs the show once he’s gone.

The two parties will merge before 2029. It's the only way either of them stand a chance of winning the next election.

The French have now started intercepting boats as part of new agreements with the UK. This is something politicians like Braverman, Zahawi and Jenrick weren't able to achieve when in government. Given that immigration is the only political issue you seem interested in, it's odd that you are so anti-Labour when they've done far more on the issue of immigration than their predecessors. It's also odd that you're planning to vote for a party that's now made up of the same people who were less effective at tackling immigration than Labour have been. It's almost like you aren't too clued up, Benters.

It means that if someone created a parody version of a Reform voter to make fun of Reform voters, their views and behaviour would be less ridiculous than yours.
