As long as we win our games in hand, all is good.

If it is to go either way, I think I'd prefer it this way!

Given the fixtures remaining, I concur.

Still want a draw though.

This is a problem. With momentum and their remaining games
This is the worst result i think.

But you never know.

Yeah, preferred result would have been a draw but a Millwall win isn’t the end of the world.

I don't know. Was hoping for a draw but looking at the table this might be better. Win one of the two in hand and we're second. We then have a bit of leeway.

I know we would be 3 points behind Boro if it was a draw so not massively different but their goal difference is better.

I was thinking this... but then we can actually affect Boro, we can't Millwall.

Trust the process. Trust Phil.

Swansea & Norwich do us a favour on Monday, we win and go 2nd with a game in hand on everyone around us.

Yes this was my reasoning. I’m so sure we’ll beat Boro I didn’t fear a win for them here.

Having Middlesbrough feeling demoralised, with Hackney still out, is a good thing.
We don't want them getting a result, setting them up for another run.

Anything but a Boro win we could live with to day.

Have to say, Millwall are a really good side, so efficient and effective in both sides of the game.

Millwall have the better run in than us or Boro though.

After Norwich they have West Brom, Stoke, Leicester and Oxford.

Two games in a row that they should have been 2 or 3 down at the break.

Easier said than done I suspect. I really can't see us getting anything at Saints and Portsmouth is no gimme.

For all the spit flying rage following the draw against Millwall from the dismals, I hope this result puts our game into perspective. Millwall are a big, well organised, physical side with plenty of ability and heart. It’s a shame we couldn’t put the game beyond them first half, but credit where it’s due - they’re decent.

A draw might have been a better result today but this could have been worse.

That game was so like ours other than the fact we battered them in the first half far more than Boro.
I feel sure at 1 0 down they just say right here we go, full pressure lads, don’t let them settle.
Not pretty but how effective!

They seem to play to the game too. They played this one and ours really well.

As the old adage goes - the league table doesn't lie, especially at this stage of the season. They have gradually improved over the season - probably more than we have. Good luck to them, they deserve to be where they are.
