The Board of Peace, of which he is chair for life, has expanded beyond Gaza and is intended to usurp the UN and carry on after he has ceased to be President.
The stated purpose of Board of Peace is promoting peacekeeping around the world (irony of ironies), and to his shame Blair is a member of the executive board. But one of its aims is investment and it seems to me that its real purpose is keeping Trump on the world stage and making money for him. It is also interesting to note that whilst most European countries have expressed scepticism, most wealthy Gulf states have either signed up or expressed an interestt.
In addition, all his negotiations (including those involving Iran's nuclear programme) involve Witkoff and Kushner, hardly people with, say, an expertise in the nuclear weapons field. They are also on the executive board of the Board of Peace.
