Best biscuit for dunking? 20:32 - Jun 12 with 6501 viewsDubtractor

Has to be some worthwhile discussion on this subject?

My considered opinion, after extensive product testing, is that McVities chocolate and caramel digestives is the winner. The caramel gives it real strength to soak up loads of tea, and then has a great chewiness on the bite.

Smashing.

Don't know how to respond to that.

Congrats by the way, not sure if I said so on facebook.

Dunking biscuits in tea is a good way to ruin two great things.

For taste they are one of the best, but some jeopardy involved in the dunk.

I'm with you, plainer the better.

Although I lost the taste for biscuits and most sweet things in general years ago it was always rich tea or digestives for me.

I did have a phase for those butter things though. Really nice.

I buy maybe 2/3 packs of biscuits a year but admit threads like these get me thinking...

Damn. I want to lose weight, and now I want biscuits.

Instead of meals just eat biscuits.

3 Chocolate hobnobs a day and you'll definitely lose weight I reckon.

I'd probably have it after the meal, might make the curry taste odd.

I'm hoping you've not got a pet called "meals".

I definitely said instead. Admittedly not my best idea, but you're welcome to try it.

I've never made Indian biscuits. That might be worth a go.

Mind you, you can guarantee those won't be healthy.

An unforgivable offence. You don't dunk crisps in beer.

I know that was then, but it could be again..

Right, i'm throwing this out there. Not as a dunking option but as am 'alongside a cup of tea' option.

Don't judge until you've tried it...

Eat them on their own with a cup of tea. Perfectly complimentary.
