Rees-Mogg doesn't do IT. He's an idiot and needs replacing as Leader of the House of Commons with someone living in the 21st century and not the 19th as per Rees-Mogg.
Some debates have few members in the chamber actually debating the bill. The rest are in the bars or in their rooms waiting for the division bell so they can vote as per the whips instructions.
MP's could best serve their constituents by living in their constituencies and still serve Parliament using IT. Some Select commitees only have formal meetings a few days a year. The rest of the work could be done via IT.

This lot really are too stupid to lead this great nation. It’s a shame the Recall Act doesn’t include provision for negligence or incompetence.

Completely agree. But it’s if I was a work colleague of his bloke I’d have been out of the door quicker than Dom Cummings on a day trip to Barnard Castle.

Without wishing ill on the bloke his unfortunate illness (and seeming willingness to ignore the symptoms) is actually quite good from a number of angles
It has focused yet more on the idiots who have a 'mandate from the people' to act like compete loons.
It allows us to to see if there is an answer to his test within 24 hours - no cover up is possible
We hope its a negative test - it looked like a 24 hour virus that got Cummings into meltdown- BUT if it isn't, the world-leading track and trace system will be tested - and our betters who make the rules will be invited to follow them.
