Peace and love on this board. 18:10 - Jul 18 with 1261 viewsMattinLondon

In order to promote some much needed peace and love on this board I thought that I would share some lovely images of the scrumptious Hawaiian pizza. Look at all of that yummy pineapple on pizza. Yum yum yum.

If a person doesn’t like pineapple on pizza then there’s no hope them.

I’m going to ask a question, as I feel the people of TWTD are the best placed to answer.

People at work have been debating if a cheeseboard should be a starter and not for dessert. Thoughts?

For context, we recently went out for food and the restaurant had a cheese board as an option as a starter and then also as a dessert.

Now there is a good question. I have always thought who would forego desert for a cheeseboard? Increasingly I am becoming fond of different cheeses to the point where I could see myself foregoing chocolate fudge cake or even Battenberg for it.

Now the idea that I could have it as a starter is a great idea.

I can see before I am out, me starting and ending a meal out with 2 different cheese boards.

It’s wrong to have it listed as a sweet ffs.

Would they be different cheeseboards for starters and dessert? The girl in our team plans who she’s sharing the cheeseboard with in advance, so she can share some of their brownie or fudge cake, but then still get the cheeseboard.

It has a function I believe, which is to aid digestion.

Which is why it follows the main courses.

But I would always have a proper dessert too.

Several if possible.

I've used your truly groundbreaking 'use bread when you don't have burger buns' discovery a few times.
